I'm writing this down so the next time surgery comes up I can remind my self of what happens.
So I have come to the conclusion that I have had my last surgery ever!! I had to have my Gallbladder out the first week of December. I do not have great veins in my hands or in my arm. So after 3 tries they finally got a vein to accept the IV. As always I tell my surgeon that I get extremely sick with surgery. They told me that even thought I have problems in the past I will still most likely experience the same issues. Surgery went fantastic (Thank you Dr. Price) but immediately after coming out of surgery I started throwing up. With the nurse yelling very nicely that I was sick and needed help I lost consciousness again. I woke up to the same thing and them changing my gown. After getting another dose of Phenegren (thank you for that medicine) and sleeping for an hour, was able to be moved from the PACU and into post op. So in post op the same thing kept happening on top of my blood pressure dropping. 3 beautiful hours later I got to go home even though they wanted me to stay a little longer, but Jon needed to get to the kids choir concert for Christmas. Oh the joys of being a mother. Kids come first. So needless to say...I never want to have surgery again.
